After a refreshing morning ride to the cheyenne river I head to the training barn, the red barn is mine, the silver one belongs to Martina who trains quarterhorses...As they see me coming the horses try to hide behind each other, but they realize that I can catch them because there is food in my hand and so before too long I have the barn door open, fresh smell of hay and to the music of Ian Tyson La Primera they let themselves be seen and addressed and selected for variable pieces of work.
